Frequency Activation Intensive

One to One

This is a 6 month exclusive program where Karen will personally work with you using the Shift | Align | Shine process outlined above to help you to align and activate your frequency and attune it to your specific goal.

The outcome expected is your attainment of your goal. We work on your first goal and then tackle others as each is attained in the time period.

In this process you will receive weekly sessions with Karen for the first month and on-call for the next five months.

My only goal is to help you achieve yours.
